Delivery Process: Upon completion of your order, our couriers will contact you via SMS with a link to select a delivery date of your choice. Failure to choose a date may result in a delay, and our agents will reach out within 24/48 hours to arrange a delivery date if necessary.

It's crucial to provide an up-to-date mobile contact number. If you haven't provided one, please email us your best mobile contact number at sales@shushbeds.co.uk to avoid delays.

Free Select Day Delivery: Delivery is Free and Fast to most parts of the UK, offering a premier next day/day of choice home delivery service.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email/text message when the items are ready for dispatch (usually within 24/48 hours), allowing you to choose a delivery day.

To take advantage of this service, please ensure you provide an up-to-date mobile number and email address.

Delivery Timeframe: We aim for quick deliveries, and on rare occasions, it may take up to 21 working days for out-of-stock items. Over 95% of our range is usually in stock.

For urgent deliveries or specific date requirements, please contact our sales staff.

Specialist Furniture Carrier: We use a specialist furniture carrier for over 95% of our deliveries to ensure items arrive in perfect condition. Items are fully insured and will be exchanged free of charge in case of damage.

Delivery to Certain Postcodes: Deliveries to specific postcodes (PA, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, TD, TR, KW, BT) may take 7 – 14 days and may incur an additional delivery charge. Refer to the link below for more information.

Returns: Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once collected, please allow 2-4 working days for the refund to be processed. A collection charge of £39.00 applies unless agreed otherwise. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Assembly and Distance Selling Act Compliance: Goods are delivered flat-pack for home assembly. We fully comply with the Distance Selling Act 2000.

Communal Door Delivery: Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property, and couriers are not authorized to take items any further. Any additional delivery beyond the communal door is at the discretion of the buyer and may be considered a gesture of goodwill.
